I dont know why but my friends and I like supporting the team, so here we are saying "good luck guys." you came all the way to the playoffs. Yo this is Dariana, aka Lady Tiger. I also attend QVTHS. This is my 1st year in this school & I LOVE IT. I go to most of the games when I'm not lazy & cold. But I'm very damm proud of ya. I know ya gonna be the champs for 2009. I also want to congradulate DANIEL CORONA, for becoming a captain. Lil' man you're gonna be somebody big in life. Your parents, friends (especially me) are very proud of you. I love the fact the Qnz Voc Tigers don't go out and play in the field because they have to, they do it because they love baseball. My name is Timothy Spence. I was a student/athlete at QV from 90-93. I was there over last summer and checked out the school. I heard a rumor that we had a gym and a lunch room and had to see it for my own eyes. Mr. Garrison gave me a tour, which was strange. I remembered him as the plumbing teacher and would have never thought he would be the Asst. Principal. I also remember Mr. Maloney just starting out as the EI teacher as well. He taught our 11th grade class with me, Monty Adams, Oscar Perkins, Ayana Cintron, John Isaza and others. When I was there, we had a coach (if you want to call him that), named Goldstein...he was just a waste of space...he knew nothing about baseball or basketball. unfortunately...we were the laughing stock of both. Most of our games were blowouts. I didn't graduate from there in 93, I moved to Florida and graduated there. I didn't take my year book picture. I was sick and missed the chance to. I'm now in Lubbock, TX at Texas Tech University for my Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering then back to Dallas. The addition to the ol' school is incredible. I wouldn't have believed it if I didnt see it. I even took pics of myself standing at mid-court on the logo. Even then I still didn't believe it. the lunchroom, the new library, even the new EI rooms....Damn QV has evolved. Oh and the handball stadium, very nice touch. I was simply amazed by the whole thing. I took a lot of pics and shared them with the rest of my former classmates. Thats my background. If you have any questions, my Email is tgs621@yahoo.com.
