A four-year player who demonstrated his commitment and passion for his team through his organization of many team events, including the first-ever trip to Cooperstown. In 2011, Armando became the Tigers’ first-ever four-year captain. Armando demonstrated what it was to be a Tiger by playing a major role in producing a first place bat contest video and a recruitment video for Queens Voc, and leading the team’s many community service projects. As assistant coach, Armando encourages players to help the team and become leaders, just as he did.  Armando volunteered as assistant coach for the 2014 and 2016 seasons, and helped lead the team to the playoffs in the 2016 season.
